Dysfunctional website & not helpful customer service
Many of the services that they offer on the website (like to order a gift packaging for your products) never work no matter how many times you try and when you ask for help they don't do nothing, just tell you to try again. Also, they never sent me the small gift I had right to, and when I asked them to send it, they told me that I must order something in order for this to happen, while it was THEIR mistake that they didn't send it and I had already spent more than 2000 Swedish crowns for my order. Very disappointing and exhausting experience to buy from Notino.
